The zen vibe was awesome. The owner is so friendly and nice. The beds were comfortable and big enough for a family of four - 2 kids aged 10 and 6. The location was great. So close to Renmin Road but also near a supermarket and one of the ancient gates to the city.

Designed with local architectural features, Lijiang Gui Yuan Tian Ju Guesthouse boasts an ideal location and classy guestrooms. Free WiFi access is available throughout the entire hotel. Great owners who went out of their way to help us in buying tickets to the Yulong mountain. Nice rooms and comfortable beds. There’s also washing machine and dryer, which was really useful. Great location in the Old town of Lijjiang and very quiet sleep. To be recommended.

The hosts at this guest house went above and beyond, both collecting and dropping us off at the airport, recommending amazing restaurants, and helping us with everything we needed. The breakfasts here are great, good little spot!

The inn is amazingly decorated, clean, and the staff and owners (Mr. Huang & Mrs. Fan) are super friendly and helpful. We had many meaningful conversations about the history of this place as well as the jade trade over tea time (Mrs. Fan loves tea - great opportunity to learn and taste). The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and each is decorated in a style, but in general very traditional and zen! There's a public tea room, studyroom/library, and a balcony. The location is very close to the entrance of the old town, and you can walk 2 minutes straight to the bustling main street, where you can find great restaurants and charming little coffeeshops and trinket stores. We had such a great time that we decided to extend our stay. 12/10 recommended and definitely will make this our stay again this winter.

The room was nice with a hot shower and bedwarmer. Nice terrace next to the reception with great view. Friendly helpful staff.

Very professional service, the room was clean, the owner was very warm, gave a lot of good advice and help, the breakfast was very good, the sea view was amazing
