The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, courteous and cordial. Never felt so well and welcome in a Hotel ever before. The breakfast was more than delicious and they Even had glutenfree options for my partner. It was a big big pleasure to stay here. A big thanks to the staff for making our stay so comfortable and unforgetable! :)

It provides rooms with kitchenettes and balconies, 2 pools and a spa centre with spa bath and sauna. 高齢の私にとって大人オンリーと言うのは最高でした。ホテル全体が静かで特にコロナ禍で人との距離が守られ、秩序が保たれ部屋にいても部屋からの景色を楽しんでも穏やかな中に居る雰囲気が凄く良い。朝食も皆きちんとマスク着用、静かに順番を待つ、綺麗に料理を取り揃える、ロビーもいつも静かで清潔な感じが有った。 夜、中庭で音楽があっても大人の雰囲気が感じられる物でした。直ぐ前の海に面して道が有っても散歩かジョギングを楽しむ人で、丁度行き止まりになってるのでプライベートの様になり人が少なく静かでした。玄関の方は関係の無い人は入って来れない、けど門を出るとすぐに旧市街、店やレストランが沢山あり足で歩きながら楽しむことが出来、山の上に登るロープウエイもすぐ側で観光への足も、市内観光のバスやタクシーも直ぐに拾えてロケーションとして最高、きっとまた来たいホテルです。

Hostess was friendly & provided a variety of activities & restaurants in Funchal. Her suite was very clean & comfortable, beautiful bed linens/pillows along with a microwave& coffee maker. Alexia room was a perfect for a short stay & the neighbourhood was easy to navigate once you got used to the hills of Funchal. Great place for solo travellers.

Great location and fantastic apartment with all you need. Modern, new, comfortable and functional. The roof terrace with pool and sunbathing area makes the place extra special, with fantastic views. We were up there nearly every evening to read after a day of hiking. With a coffee or a drink. One evening we had our own tapas dinner up there with magical views over the city and coast at night. The owners are super nice and helped us with all inquiries incl. great recommendations. All in all the place is a hidden gem 😊

We loved our stay in Madeira, the apartment was in a great location, near the Botanical garden and the view to the ocean was spectacular. The hosts welcomed us upon our arrival, he presented the apartment, the facilities and he provided us a list of suggested restaurants. They are all great! The communication was great, everything was great. Thank you very much for all your effort and implication.

We had an amazing stay at this comfortable apartment! Central location to the market across the street and grocery stores and bus and the waterfront promenade. It felt like we were locals going to the grocery store and taking the bus, not like tourists! The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need! We loved it! Jose was a wonderful host and he was in touch with us from the moment we landed at the airport and any time we had a question he was quick to answer all of our questions! We didn't have a problem with noise from the market early morning but we always travel with a white noise machine so we didn't hear anything. We found the bed super comfortable. We were there for almost 2 weeks and cannot wait to go back to Madeira and hope that Jose's apartment is available when we do!! Thank you so much Jose!!
