Ok the building looks tired from the outside but surprisingly better on the inside. The staff were very helpful in explaining getting into the city and other information we needed. The breakfast was reasonable with a fair selection. We also had an evening meal one night and it was a good. The location was easy for getting into Dublin city by bus which ran quite frequently.

The whole atmosphere was low key and calm which made for a relaxing stay. All in all it was very good value for money. The Phoenix Park is a 20 minute walk away and a great place to go for a run or take in some fresh air. The bus stop was conveniently across the street that we used to go into Dublin. Rooms were very comfortable and everything was user friendly. Excellent stay and great value for Dublin. Restaurant inside hotel was good also. Would highly recommend and stay again.

The rooms were very clean & they were cleaned on the Saturday even though we got there on Friday & only had one night left. So the hotel have Bus station in front. It was very easy to go to city centre. Next time I will repeat, because the location is easy when you rent a car and exit from Dublin was very fast to take the highway
