Excellent staff, bus stop outside for getting into the city centre, great to catch up with extended family . Ate our evening meal at hotel, it was great. Loved the city centre, so much history and beautiful buildings.

Ok the building looks tired from the outside but surprisingly better on the inside. The staff were very helpful in explaining getting into the city and other information we needed. The breakfast was reasonable with a fair selection. We also had an evening meal one night and it was a good. The location was easy for getting into Dublin city by bus which ran quite frequently.

It's more than a 'budget' hotel, but certainly not luxury. For us that was OK though - it was as expected and is better value for money than many places in Dublin. The room & bathroom were clean and big enough, and breakfast was fine. The staff were polite and helpful when needed. The location requires a 20 min drive into the centre of Dublin and/or a bus ride. The bus stop is immediately outside the hotel, so this worked well for us.

The whole atmosphere was low key and calm which made for a relaxing stay. All in all it was very good value for money. The Phoenix Park is a 20 minute walk away and a great place to go for a run or take in some fresh air. We had bar meals the three nights we stayed (two first, then a weekend away elsewhere and a further night) and they were very tasty and good value. So the hotel have Bus station in front. It was very easy to go to city centre.
