The location and the airport shuttle was good. If you want the view then go for this place but remember that's where the fun stops. If I could I would have moved to another hotel.

Stayed at this hotel in Labuan Bajo with killer views - really nice! Room was alright, nothing fancy but clean and comfy after a day on a boat or diving. Pool was good for a chill after exploring, perfect for a cool down.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, made the stay enjoyable. Just a heads up, the rooms are a bit on the simple side, but we didn't need fancy with that view. The location is also still close enough to town to walk

Wonderful resort in private island. I really enjoyed time here in Beach front villa, it has everything you need (including mosquito repellent). On my stay I didn't see any mosquito. There are plenty activities : SUP, kayaks, snorkelling, hammocks on the sea. There is an opportunity to visit fishermans village too. Amazing reef in front of the hotel. Tasty food in the restaurant, wide selection of food options. Exceptional hospitality, friendly staff. Special thanks to hotel manager from Bali for hospitality
, and to Albert for organizing nice kayak trip to another island.

Labuan Bajo is a port harbor with its main attraction, the Komodo Dragon. There are day tours that you can take: Komodo Island with five other stops and Rinca Island with 3 other stops. The harbor master closed Komodo Island for 7 days due to weather but Rinca Island was open. The snorkeling is phenomenal with purple, green coral that look like cauliflower and broccoli florets with many colorful fish. There is no need to book tours ahead. You can walk down to the dock area and book with any of the vendors selling packages. Even the LBJ airport has tours available.
We rented scooters to visit Rangko Cave and nearby Batu Cermin cave. The ride is beautiful and scenic. There is lots of seafood in this port town ranging from sea and lake fish, lobster, crab and squid.
Labuan is worth a three day visit.

I love it here.
I love it here. The people are so friendly, the food is very good, and the scenery is beautiful. You can book many trips, overland or to other islands, and of course see the Komodo dragon.
There are some beautiful beaches too.
I will come back again!

Great area, but the main attraction is the boat trips to visit the surrounding islands, beaches and Komodo dragons. We booked a 2d1n boat trip. We fitted in lots to this short itinerary but a extra night in the boat, as opposed to the land, would have been better.
Seemed more to do at the opposite side of the island but its too far for a day trip.
Great night market down by the port and lots of fresh fish and fruit available for sale.

It’s rare I’m writing reviews. So far, I shared only 5-6. I’m writing only if it was exceptionally amazing experience or a real disaster…
It’s the first time for me to share an extremely negative experience.
When you arrive at hotel, you expect me to feel minimum trust with it
I stayed for 2 nights in this budget hotel. Usually, people traveling to Flores Island to take one of the ‘Komodo island day trips’. They will be picked up very early in the morning (5:30-6:00am). The trip operator gives clear instructions of how to prepare? what to bring? Ect.
Due to the intensity of the day structure, the traveler has to bring a breakfast box (because it will be very long, before food can be in reach).
I asked the hotel manager if they can provide it to me? She confirmed, mentioning it’s a usual procedure in that area.
5:15 I arrived at the reception… no one was there. Neither the breakfast box.
Things can happen, it’s not a big deal…
When returning back from the day trip, I asked reception to shortly talk with the hotel manager, just to understand what happened? The hotel manager refused to communicate and just disappeared until I departed the next day.
I’ve never experienced before such a behavior, specially from a hotel manager…
It raised a big big Red Flag.
Bottom line: I’ll not recommend to arrive in this hotel. Basically, It’s not to be trusted.

Labuan Bajo needs to be careful with how many resorts they are throwing up all over the place. And educate everyone to stay away form the coral and do not touch the sea life. Float and observe. No fins necessary most of the time. You can float and see more and not damage the coral with big clumsy fins.

For those who love nature, I'm really recommend especially to the Island. Everything was soo nature and nice scenery. Spend at least 3 days as to ensure the place must be visited is captured. Local are soo friendly and helpfull. Don't forget to try snorkerlling if thats a trial for anyone.
Owner Gerri was super nice! He helped me out with a lot this being my first time in LaBaun Bajo. ie. the currency exchange, recommended some great restaurants and location was great right downtown! I did 3 days of diving and the 4th and final day was a half day. I really wanted to go see the Komodo Dragons but the regular trips that everyone goes with is too lengthy. Hotel Bajo (Gerri) helped me find a private charter to go directly to Rincha Island to see the dragons and made it back with more than enough time to catch my flight to Bali.
The property was very clean and comfortable. the staff, particularly Imelda, went above and beyond to help me and give me lifts to places as they appreciate the location is a little out of the way. However, it’s a lovely area and I met some local children - a much better representation of the community of Labuan Bajo than any property near the pier. Comfortable, large bed and lovely to have a mini kitchen and be able to make coffee. Very spacious! Only recently on Booking.com, but deserves excellent reviews!
Stayed there for a week as we completed several intensive dives in the Komodo park. The staff did everything they could to satisfy our needs, and did it always with a smile. From arranging continuous taxi pick-ups (free of charge) to helping us with motorbike rental, and serving a very early and timely breakfast. It's a little bit away from the hustle and buzzle of Labuan Bajo but completely doable via pick-ups, Grab or by renting your own motorbike.

Beautiful views! Amazing sunsets. A little taste of the Greek islands perhaps? This place seems like it was built for instagrammers. The hotel has lots of “photo spots” with interesting sculptures, platforms and swings. Perched high above Labuan Bajo it is a steep walk to get out, so recommend driving unless you are keen for a workout. Breakfast at the hotel bar was a beautiful spot to start the day.
It has been a very pleasant stay at Harbour Komodo. The hotel is in a great location in Labuan Bajo, right in the middle of town. Everything is very walkable. The staff is outstandingly friendly and very helpful. Both room and hotel in general were very clean and there was fresh drinking water supplied every day.
I would definitely stay here again.
An excellent choice in Labuan Bajo. A quiet spot outside the center of the city. But a perfect location a block from a large traditional market and also a block from a well-stocked convenience store. And if you want to get into town the hotel staff will drive you and come back later for a pickup. Rooms are simple, but clean and well-maintained.
By far this is the best place we stay at Labuan Bajo for a very reasonable price. The hotel is really clean, the breakfast is generous and tasty. The rooms are large and the bathrooms clean and with hot water. Super swimming pool and Italian restaurant! The staff is professional and very kind. Highly recommend it.
We stayed in this hotel for one night after our Komodo national park cruise and were very happy with the facilities, the food, the staff, and the convenience to get to airport.
I see how we can spend here a couple of days. It could be a nice base to explore the park or the island with short trips.
We particularly enjoyed the welcoming of the family. We felt like we were home. The facilities are also really good (Ac, bathroom, coffee - tea maker...)
It is really easy to rent a scooter and go explore labuan Bajo. The gueshouse is located in a nice and quiet place, not far from batu cermin.
The outstanding advantage of this hotel is the stunning view over the bay of Labuanbajo. The pool and the breakfast are pretty good, but the view makes them into something special. The staff are eager to help; they arranged transport to Ruteng, and gave me a useful guide contact there too.
The room was spacious and well equipped, had shelves, hangers and a rack to dry towels and swimsuits. My favorite was the little lounge area with a view on the harbor and water refill, perfect to get some work done. The location is great, in the very center of Labuan Bajo.
Location, Breakfast, View, Staff is perfect. As Grab is not useful in the Labuan Bajo village and taxi quite expensive, the location of the hotel is just awesome, could walk to everywhere, harbour, Starbucks, restaurants, travel agency... And there's 360° view on the roof.
We just stayed 1 night for transit but we had a very good omelette for breakfast at rooftop with facing to the street and the sea at Labuan Bajo area.
It's a recommended place to stay when you plan to go here. Good luck and thanks.
A charmful hostel in Labuan Bajo with a very personnal decoration, which changes from stereotyped hotels you can find elsewhere. The restaurant is also a very pleasant place to eat (and not only for the breakfast).
Staff are lovely, room was huge and spotless, very comfy bed, nice and quiet. Breakfast was big and delicious. Such a nice sanctuary from busy Labuan Bajo, I'd highly recommend.
nice hotel , met our expectations and only stayed for 1 night, nice pool, breakfast pretty good. beach and sea a bit disappionting but was a gateway to komodo national park.
