The location is fantastic. From the easy walk /hike / bike till the alpine routs everything is available. It is a perfect place to get out from the daily rush. The staff is very nice, the food is very good, also the breakfast. They have wonderful Italian cappuccino. The WIFI worked well.

Very clean and modern hotel, with gorgeous views of Lake Lucerne. We had a superior room with a lake view and were very glad that we did - absolutely worth the extra cost. The hotel is very conveniently located for lake boat trips, about 9 minutes on foot to the pier. For many other attractions in the area, a car would probably be needed. Free, garage parking under the hotel was very convenient. The fridge provided in the room was much appreciated. Excellent, powerful shower with a good, stable temperature adjustment. The restaurant was a gastronomic delight - if you could afford it! Excellent breakfast buffet, with a cook-to-order option included in the price.

This is a great hotel to get away from the hubbub of everyday life. Excellent views, choice of walks, close to the cog train to Mt Rigi as well as the ferry service. Ronnie and Bruno, both of whom run the in-house restaurant, are friendly, charming and entertaining. Both speak English well. Fully recommended.

The room was fine and had a small balcony overlooking the lake which was lovely, The hotel had a lift which was very welcome as I have mobility problems and find climbing stairs quite difficult. Hotel parking was available and this was a plus. The hotel is located opposite the boat station and there is a very regular bus service from outside the hotel door. Breakfast was plentiful and a good choice of food was available. All in all, my wife and I enjoyed our stay.MikeUnited Kingdom

We stayed at the chalet, such a nice, romantic room. Just be aware that it is a wooden chalet, so you hear every step. The bathroom was in a lower floor, so, a longer walk at night. The kids stayed in a very big and modern 8-bed room and had a blast! We had a very nice dinner and breakfast at the hotel. We are already planning to make this a yearly get-together spot!!

We stayed here for one night while traveling by car, passed the Gotthard tunnel to cross border to Northern Italy. This hotel has a parking space which is very convenient.
