What a lovely and relaxing place to stay! The owner is incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome, we actually checked in at the wrong time and a day later than we were meant to as we missed the last bus to the hotel, but the owner was incredibly understanding and came and checked us in even though she wasn't on shift. We stayed in a chalet and it was great for sleeping in, we are both tall (I am 5"10 and my boyfriend is 6"3) and we both found it comfortable enough, and for the price it was great. We took the bus everywhere with the Swiss Rail Pass, and there is a bus stop literally 2 minutes walk away from the entrance of the hotel, and it can get you to the nearest train station so you can get into Luzern, Zurich etc.

The location is fantastic. From the easy walk /hike / bike till the alpine routs everything is available. It is a perfect place to get out from the daily rush. The staff is very nice, the food is very good, also the breakfast. They have wonderful Italian cappuccino. The WIFI worked well.
