Breakfast was great, we especially loved that they offered bagels from a local bakery. Also, in the breakfast area there is a lot of beautiful paintings of western NC that really made this place stand out!

We were there to see the school. It was great.
We were there to see the school. It was great. Surrounding area nice, interesting non-chain options for dining, which we appreciated. Weird that a main street runs right through the middle of campus, but enjoyed and would like to go back to Boone. It snowed on 5 April!

We've been to this area a couple of times over the years, and tend to go back as we really like the area. It is close to an entrance for the Blue Ridge Parkway, with an overlook just a few minutes down the road. The restaurants are good, but Dan'l Boone Inn is an absolute must every time we are in the area. There are plenty of small hiking trails, and waterfalls, to see.

There isn't much to review.
There isn't much to review. I made a reservation at the Holiday Inn because they had an indoor pool, and brought a 12-year old up so we could swim and have a good time. However, when we arrived, the hotel said the pool was 'under maintenance' and not available. A wasted 2.5 hour trip.

Boone is a great town.
Boone is a great town. Clean, orderly, with plenty facilities, hotels, restaurants, good roads and friendly people. But terrible traffic too many cars and aggressive drivers. Beautiful area, best kept secret in NC. I love Boone, Blowing Rock, GF mountain, Tweetsee rr and small towns. Great environment.
Location close to Watauga Med Center (~8 min) and downtown Boone, also close to Blowing Rock. Beautiful forest surroundings. Very pristinely clean and perfectly decorated. Looks just like the photos. Highly recommended. It is a B&B style and other guests share the common area/kitchen. Private bathrooms in the rooms. Pancakes and eggs provided- recommend going to a market to get some essentials if planning to cook other meals. Truly Enjoyed my 2 week stay!
Property sits on a busy street, easy to find, across from a mall with a couple of restaurants very near. The street side of hotel can be a bit loud.
Breakfast is a festival of every carb wrapped in plastic as well as some fresh fruit (in plastic) and yogurt. (This i was not told of until after booking a no cancel room). Room was comfy an clean. Has outside porch to sit on to eat if you wish
Beautiful facility and friendly staff. Loved every moment there. Enjoyed the room and the amenities, and every staff member was very friendly it's nice that it's located near both Boone and blowing rock and will definitely be going there again
The accessibility to Blowing Rock & Boone Towns. The scenic Blue Ridge Parkway and Grandfather mountain, with other attractions. Forgot to mention that the pics that is on the Booking.com are exactly what is on the property.
Loved the hotel and the staff was amazing and so friendly. Will definitely be back. The pool could've been a little warmer, but it was fairly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and one of the best varieties I've seen.
I like this hotel because it is clean, the pool is great, breakfast is always on time and many choices to pick. Staff is nice too. This is the second time I stayed here. And prices very affordable. Thank you 😊.
I was traveled for skiing and the hotel location was right. My room was on the first floor, quiet, nothing bothered me.
I liked waffles for breakfast, coffee and some tea in the room.
The hotel was outside of Boone. It was quiet, well maintained, and comfortable. I would have no hesitation about staying here again. It would be perfect for that romantic getaway.
