my experience staying at this apartment. Unfortunately, the temperature in the apartment is quite cold and I find that I need to use all the blankets and even sometimes my jacket to keep warm.
In addition, there is some noise coming from the apartment downstairs which can be bothersome at times. I wanted to bring this to your attention in case there is anything that can be done to alleviate these issues.

The hotel was good though the thing that made it stand out for me were the staff - particularly at reception and the waiter at what is a very good breakfast. They were just lovely people. Thank you team.

The convention is set amongst the hills, quiet and has a wonderful view from the balcony. The staff - Monica in particular are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Staff was extremely helpful. The room was quite warm as air conditioning wasn’t working yet so they changed our room to a cooler one
We dined in the restaurant attached to hotel and it was delicious with some of the best waiting staff I’ve ever experienced. Definitely worth going back just for that
