The owners and the staff are extremely nice, the hotel is beautiful with sea view and well decorated. The room was very nice with a big terasse, the bed is really comfortable. Also the food is amazing.

Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. Шикарный вид с балкона. Утопающая в зелени вилла. Малое количество народа на пляже. Отличные завтраки и вкусные платные ужины. Две душевые комнаты, что очень удобно, на каждом этаже своя. Постоянно пополняют чай, кофе. До пляжа Падже пешком минут 40, до ресторана отеля пешком минут 5 по пляжу. Своего ресторана в отеле, где виллы с двумя спальнями, у них нет, но прогулка по пляжу приятная. Берите виллу рядом с морем, она безупречная. У нас была левая, если смотреть с моря. Бассейн чистый, детям понравился. В 5 минутах есть магазины, фруктовые лавки. От аэропорта на такси 90 минут

Дом для отпуска Amka Villa Issa House расположен в деревне Джамбиани. К услугам гостей ресторан и прямой выход на пляж. С большой террасы открывается вид на Индийский океан. the view is amazing, very close to a beautiful beach. The room was very big and clean, and breakfast was delicious. Staff was super nice (thank you Issa, Marina and others). We will be back :)

The property is absolutely stunning - such a peaceful place with amazing surroundings. But what impressed us more was the hospitality of Davies and Paola. They were very flexible with early check-in/late check-out and payment settlement. Davies was always around for anything we may ask! Super attentive, hospitable, and helpful. We really felt like guests at someone’s home. We definitely recommend this option for stay in Zanzibar - the reality will exceed your expectations.

We liked the cleanliness and layout of this large and well appointed villa. It was comfortable for two couples. There is plenty of room both inside and outside to relax and spread out. The host Rodrigo was responsive and friendly and willing to accommodate our late checkout request. The pool was refreshing and the breakfasts were excellent. You can walk the beach for miles. The villa was private and easy walking distance to restaurants. Good references for taxis and tours. There is a nearby small store to change money.

Kikadini House is very special, beautiful place to rest and chill. It is located in Jambiani village in very calm area but very close to the wonderful beach. There is about 10 minutes walk. Near are shops, very nice and tasty italian food and Zanzi Barbar with live music and drinks:)) Kikadini House is new, clean and very comfortable. Everything what we needed was inside (towels, toiet paper, dishes and others household items) . There is really lovely veranda where you can feel ocean breeze and you can even sleep at the night. I sincerely recommend!!!

The location is perfect. The breakfast was ok. There is a sports bar/restaraunt directly across the street with great food though. Many option to choose from. The villa was gorgeous and clean. The community pool was lovely as well. The host is very accomadating and super kind.
