Marjorie's apartments are perfect for a stay in Bocas del Torro. The accommodation is about 4 km outside of Bocas Town, which is why I rented a bike (super easy) to be able to move around more flexibly. but there are also cafes and beaches nearby that you can walk to or take a cab (I just preferred the bike). Every morning started with a homemade coffee in the hammock on the terrace - could be worse ;). I can recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet place that is out of town on the main island.

Bocas Garden Lodges localiza-se a 3 minutos a pé de Praia de Carenero Noreste e dispõe de um jardim, um terraço e acomodações com ar condicionado, pátio e acesso Wi-Fi gratuito. We loved our stay in Bocas Garden Lodges :) The location was perfect for us; we wanted to be a little further away from the center to have peace and tranquility, but still close enough to so it would be easy to move around. We stayed for 6 nights and rented a scooter for our whole stay (scooter was 35dollars/day). With the scooter we moved around the island really easily, it was a 10minute ride from the center. You can also rent bikes from the property or move around with taxi(3 dollars/person). The lodges were nicely decorated and there was enough room to feel comfortable. There is no door to the bathroom, but this didn't bother us. The outdoor kitchen and lodging area was our favorite! It was nice to cook and have breakfast outdoors in the nature. The kitchen was missing a few things (like salt and oil), but we got it from the supermarket. The lodge is new, so I guess with more time there will be more stuff in the kitchen for the guests to use. We met one of the brothers, Flo. He was super nice and friendly and was always for our help if we needed something. Felt like we got a new friend when staying there :) Thank you so much for everything, hopefully we meet again!

Vladi Eco House localiza-se em Bocas Town e fornece acomodações com ar condicionado, varanda e acesso Wi-Fi gratuito. O alojamento apresenta vistas do mar e do jardim. Suyi and JJ are fantastic hosts, always inquiring if we needed anything, always a text away. The property itself is spacious and lovely, with a wide, panoramic balcony that overlooks the bay and most of Old Bridge. The kitchen was well supplied and we were able to buy basic things (rice, oil, tortillas, canned meats and veg) at the store less than 10 minutes away. It was lovely to be in nature and yet not too far away from amenities. Solid internet, not too speedy but reliable and plenty good for being on a fairly remote island.

Taxis in area are plentiful. The pool was a great thing to have. Property was very secure and private. Kitchen had everything. Hot water showers!! (Not always a given in panama and costa rica) Having a whole house for under 200 bucks is cheap. Internet was better than my own house in Indiana!
