Absolute perfection. Having stayed at a number of great places in North Zakynthos in the last 3 years nowhere comes close. Stunning new villas with the most incredible view. Being higher up in the mountains the vantage point is simply stunning - topped off with a huge infinity pool. Wake up early and watch the sunrise! The outside terrace space is huge with a clay pizza oven and a separate bbq. I messaged our host Giota asking for wood for the pizza oven and it was delivered within an hour. Inside the villa is super stylish, with everything you could possibly need - a smart TV, Comfy sofa, dishwasher, washing machine, super comfy beds, Nespresso machine, electric blinds etc We went with our 15 month old and had a great cot / high chair delivered. It's a 15 minute drive to Agios Nikolaos with loads of great restaurants, and the same time to some little beaches we found off the tourist maps (Agriosikia / Climati). 5 minutes away is Volimes with a number of restaurants, bakery, mini mart etc. It's honestly perfection. Well done for creating such a special place! And thanks Giota - a great host!

Everything is sparkling clean and new. Great design, you feel like a millionaire! Staff is great! They clean the pool and change the towels every morning. If Zakhyntos was not that beautiful - you could spend your entire holiday inside the villa. There are 2 very good taverns nearby! Great food!

Absolutely everything fantastic: the villa, the host, the surroundings... very recommendable place, stunning views and full equipped villa. The host (Marios) was the best host we have ever had: attentive to every detail and always available for us. He received us in the villa with the fridge full of food and drinks for nice breakfasts, show us the place and how to use all the facilities, recommended us nice spots in the island plus allow us to stay in the villa until we had to leave to the airport (departing time 9pm) as the villa was not booked for our check out day. My congratulations to Marios. Will be back again soon!!

Volimes is a nice, quiet town to experience authentic local life. The house had a nice view from the upstair window and terrace. Great firm beds. Very clean place & washing machine helped too. It's a better location to reach the best rocky beaches, compared to staying in the south of the island. Good parking spot in front of the house .. had a combi (longer car) and were still able to easily manage the small streets and parking. Kaminaki is a great place to eat local food, only 20-30 min walk away or 5 minutes by car.

Upon arrival, a spread of local treats and two beautiful hats awaited us, for which we are truly grateful :) The house was lovely, well-maintained, with ample space and a beautiful view from the terrace. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom with a washing machine stocked with everyday essentials like detergents, shampoos, and bath liquids—we lacked for nothing. The hostess was extremely helpful, offering assistance and recommending gorgeous places in the vicinity. Thank you for the hospitality, and we highly recommend it.
