Staff were amazing, warm and friendly and went out of their way to help us. My partner left his suit bag at the hotel and they very kindly shipped it to the UK for us as we had already travelled. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and lovely design. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great location too, right next to the sea.

We stayed one night here, in preparation for departing on the ferry from Tangier port the next morning.
From the outside, the property looks like a high quality house and is located in a quiet residential area. Parking is available on the quiet road outside the house.
The house and our room were spotlessly clean.
The rooftop terrace gives views of the surrounding area, including one of the beaches.
Breakfast is usually served between 8.00am and 10.00am, but we were planning to depart at 7.30am to go to the ferry port. The owner very graciously arranged to have a light breakfast available for us before we left. Even though we didn't eat much, we greatly appreciated the gesture.
It's perhaps a 15 minutes walk to reach the medina

A once fine hotel now a little shabby - in a good way. The more people who stay - the faster it will get back up and running again. We were given a room on the top floor overlooking the sea - couldn't have asked for a better view. Staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the giant teapot in the restaurant
Location was great - handy for the medina, and also for the better value new town.
Asilah is probably the cleanest town in Morocco! - certainly along the coast
Al Khaima Hotel is located next to the sea, 1 kilometre north of the centre of Asilah. It offers tennis courts, a solarium, an outdoor pool and children’s pool.

I have been many many times in the last 37 years and it never fails to impress, plenty to do for a long weekend, easily accessible from Tangiers by train or taxi (approx 200mdh), very safe, lovely people, new marina being built , probably best to stay outside the marina as it might be noisy at night, plenty of affordable accommodation in the area, great choice of eateries, shops and hammams, car not necessary

It is a quiet little town with a history of Portuguese occupation. The Medina is small and clean and many artists live here. There is a mural festival every year. Plenty of fish restaurants and a market street. Not a party town.

The medina was very clean.
The medina was very clean. We watched the sunset from Cafe Derya, which was beautiful. The Medina lets its white walls painted by artists every July, that was interesting. Nice restaurants. We visited Paradise beach on the day we left, but its definetely one of the best beaches in Morocco. The access road is easier by 4x4. But if you want a beach, that's the one to go for, with plenty of small restaurants.

Asiilah is a small town/city off the main tourist track.
Asiilah is a small town/city off the main tourist track. I was looking for an "authentic" Moroccan urban experience and Asilah was perfect for that. The hustlers were to a minimum, the markets, shops and street vendors had a wide supply of offerings. The produce sold on the street was of the most beautiful colors and freshness. The shopping I did was without pressure and fun. Asilah should be seen if you are nearby and stay at the Riad Oasis D'Asilah when there

The beaches in Asilah are a open rubbish field.
The beaches in Asilah are a open rubbish field. I would not walk on the sand without shoes, it is a wide sand shore and the waves are beautiful, but it is a shame that locals have zero respect for the environment and the beach is a landfill.
People are a little bit less pushy that Marrakesh or Fes, but there's nothing to do there. You can see the entire old town in 1h and the restaurants are just disgusting - dirty, expensive and not impressive at all.
The room is good with a kitchenette, a water kettle, … and a balcony with a sea view. We caught a beautiful sunset! Great location… 5 minute walk to a good restaurant, Cafe Jawhara, 10 minute walk to Cafe Daya by the sea, and 10 minute walk to the Medina. But the hostess, Hind, is what made the place special. She’s sooo sweet! 🥰 She recommended those great restaurants and a hammam to get body scrubs and massage. There are other hosts, I’m sure; but we’re lucky to have her. Will definitely come back if we go to Morocco again!
Fantastic Host - Said who met us, showed us to the apartment, arranged a taxi for a trip to Tangier for the day and dropped us to the train station on our return to Meknes. Great location, right in the heart of the Medina so you can wonder around and get lost in the beautiful streets of Asilla. Beautiful place to stay, traditional and yet modern Morocco interior. Loved the guide of places to eat and visit around Asilla! I would return again anytime!
Excellent location for exploring Asilah, walking distance to the beach and medina. This is a very special and unique family run boutique hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean, tastefully decorated, the breakfast is excellent, the tea is exquisite, there are numerous areas to lounge and relax both inside and out. The staff are very friendly and helpful, free street parking is available right in front of the hotel.
The modest entrance to the hotel gave way to a fascinating and beautifully decorated interior, very Moroccan. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Food was absolutely delicious and all homemade. Location was good, as the Medina was only a 15 minute walk away along the sea front. The train station too was only 20 minutes in the other direction. Would definitely recommend a visit to this small but very quaint hotel.
the owner speaks English, French, and I think some Spanish. he was very kind, chatty, gave us suggestions for places to eat and visit. he kept our luggage the day we checked out safely in his hotel while we did some extra sightseeing, he also has these two amazing taxi drivers that brought us from the airport and to the beautiful paradise beach.
Such a relaxing and beautiful spot, we didn't want to leave! The ocean view is incredible and they have a huge terrace. The breakfast was lovely. The family hosting were very sweet and welcoming. Definitely the best place to stay in Asilah, it's a very special place.
Amazing stay , very clean hotel , location is great and accessible , parking space available in front of the hotel. staff were amazing and very friendly , we were offered a fresh and delcious breakfast. I would definetly stay again and I highly recommend it .
Wonderfully quiet, lovely riad. Ashraf was incredibly friendly and helpful, helping with recommendations and advice with a great deal of care for my experience and Asilah’s reputation. A great place to start a trip to Morocco.
The room is beautifully decorated, cosy and with everything you would want. Plenty of spaces to relax in sun and shade.
The breakfast was the best we had in Morocco
Thanks for saving my bag from the road and calling me!
Wonderful location just two minutes walk from the sea – you sleep to the soft sound of the waves. Lovely green enclave within the hotel with great restaurant. All staff endlessly polite, helpful and charming.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They listen to you and do their best to make you feel home and very welcome.
The location is fantastic, not too far from the medina and just in front of the ocean.
The Riad was BEAUTIFUL! It was one of the best we stayed in during our trip. Breakfast was delicious. It was centrally located near the Medina & the beach, we walked through town & did a bit of shopping
It was really an exceptional stay, Yassine was sooo friendly and kind, the property is awesome. If u visited Asilah and u didn’t stay at Puerto Marina ur stay is not complete. so so so recommended
