Highly recommend to stay in the marina bay hotel. Great location, staff are very friendly in reception, door staff and throughout hotel. breakfast plentiful and delicious especially omelettes and pancakes ! We plan to book again very soon. Room cleaning excellent. Also we were upgraded to view of the marina which was a lovely surprise.

Great location, just around the corner from the beach and Medina in a quiet street. Amazing breakfast, pool and beautiful big modern rooms with traditional touches. The owners absolutely made it amazing though. As a female solo traveler, it was just such an oasis of calm after a hectic time and everything felt easy. The owners even picked me up from the station and helped me do laundry. 100% recommend.

It was a very wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel; I met the owner of the hotel, who was a generous and cooperative man. I also met his son, Ahmed, an ambitious young man who also works at the hotel. He helped me a lot to arrange my affairs and facilitate the appropriate means of transportation for me. I thank the employee Asiya who greeted me upon arrival and made everything easy for me, and I thank the restaurant staff for the delicious food and their interest in the guests. Everyone at the hotel is helpful and friendly. They welcome guests with a kind smile, and bid them farewell with a smile and best wishes. The hotel is wonderful, clean and neet. It is close to the transportation station as well as the city center, and is characterized by the beautiful character of Chefchaouen.

The rooms were beautiful and in a very nice location. It was a little difficult to find but once we did it was great. The receptionist Mohamed was very nice and helpful and ordered us a taxi when it was time to leave. The terrace was also beautiful with a great view of the mountains.

Since the beginning they had a very warm welcoming mohamed was very friendly and it was a very bug pleasure meeting him as soon as we got there we got upgraded to a suite with the same rate. The room is very clean with a great view on mountains and a terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast served by our friend fouad with a diversed choice and a well cooked tea made by the lovely lady there. And without forgetting the manager who enchanted us with stories of his trips all around the world and with his knowledge of the history of the city. No complais whatsoever a must place to visit. Thank you so much for you attention to details if i was to ever visit chaouen once again will stay at this beautiful place for sure.
