They also drove us to the Adachi Museum.

Stunning, authentic and clean room(s), kind and understanding staff who spoke to me slowly in Japanese to assist with checkin, and rules were reiterated in English on documents anyway despite Matsue being relatively rural. Absolutely beautiful view at both night and in the morning, I was shocked! Onsen came free with the stay. Zero complaints, the best stay of our trip around Japan.

I have lost my watch in the hotel and then the staff help me to deliver it . I really appreciate the help from them.

Hotel Gyokusen está en Matsue, a 5,4 km de Lago Shinji, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y salón de uso común. This was a luxurious treat and we all enjoyed it from the welcome by the general manager, the hot spring bath, the food, the room. One of our group had a massage which was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was an amazing buffet of Japanese and Western dishes. The hotel provided transport by shuttle bus to and from the hotel. Communications via booking.com worked well.

The hotel is clean and maintained in perfect condition. The environment was very nice and quiet . The crews are perfect. The dinner was of superb style and quality. The stay was fantastic.

Ryokan Masuya está en Ōda, a 12 km de Nima Sand Museum, y dispone de alojamiento con wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. The front desk was great! they helped us booking rides to the silver mine and letting us know about the performance at a nearby shrine. I got sick later in the stay and the staff were very helpful getting some cold medicine in this small town with no pharmacy. The onsen/bathing facilities were small (as it is a small inn) and were very nice. The town was lovely but small so if you come at a busy time I suggest booking some of the restaurants. We did not book the food at the inn so I don't know how it was.
