El Hoshidekan Ryokan (miembro del Japanese Inn Group) es un edificio de madera construido en la década de 1920 y situado a 500 metros de la estación de tren de Kintetsu Iseshi. The staff is very friendly and caring. They facility is and old charming ryokan, and actually whole place felt magical. Even the outside noises were not able to spoil the charm of this place. If I ever come back to Ise I'm for sure try to book this place again.

El Ryokan Otaya cuenta con WiFi gratuita y estacionamiento privado gratuito, y se encuentra en Toba, a 12 km del acuario de Toba. Este establecimiento alberga restaurant. I really like this place. The female owner has an inquisitive mind, a warm personality, and a kind heart. Her English is good enough to communicate and ask for help. The sauna and the private onsen in the room are top-notch. I did not check the public onsen with natural hot spring, but heard it's amazing too. I booked the 5th floor with an ocean view, and the private onsen experience during starry night and the set rise were indeed amazing! The hotel itself is located in a remote little cute fish town called osatsucho, where you can find fishmen and women harvesting and selling the Ise lobsters in the morning by the port. It was a very unique and interesting experience to stay in that little town for two days during the winter when it was not crowded at all. The nearest convenience store is 10 + miles away. It was a very natural, grounding, even retreat-like experience to me, and it was drastically different from my experience in Tokyo, Nayoga, or Osaka. I did spot a few demolished houses with broken windows in the town, not sure if it's because of COVID or during the winter when there were fewer tourists. The big plus is the Shinmei shrine next door to the hotel, which is a very calming and spiritual place to visit and stay for a bit too.

El Hanashinsui, situado a 20 minutos en auto de la estación de tren JR de Toba, ofrece baños exteriores e interiores de aguas termales y de estilo japonés, así como salas occidentales con unas... A very beautiful Japanese-style inn with an amazing view of the mountains and ocean. The onsen is an absolute delight, especiallywith the nature view. Staff is very friendly and treat you with so much respect, driving you up and down the mountain and providing a free iced drink when you go out.

El Oishiya se encuentra a 5 minutos en auto de la estación de tren JR Futaminoura y ofrece baños públicos con vistas a la bahía de Ise y un restaurante japonés. We LOVED the personalised service provided in traditional inns - especially by our caretaker and waitron Yasuyo Ohnishi! There can be no better location on the seashore within reach of Ise Temple Complex, located on Futiminoura Beach. They will pick you up and drop you off at the closest station and a  100m walk to the beautiful "wedded rocks (at Futamiokitama Shinto Shrine) is worth it even on a hot day! It was pouring  rain when we arrived early so the driver dropped us off a beautifully restored old traditional mansion set in a tranquil zen garden to wait for reception to open at 3pm. We only realised later it's only 3 houses away from the hotel so easily accessible bonus for Oishiya's guests ! The meals (dinner and breakfast was included) was exceptional and extensive with more than 5 courses, each one beautifully arranged in trays and in stunning pottery, served by the lovely and ever helpful  Yashyu Ohnishi in her immaculate kimono Dinner was attended in the Inn's provided kimono's which really added to the experience of Japanese culture we were looking for in a traditional Inn or Ryokan like this. The private Onsen (hot spring bath) was a great bonus for two shy westerners as was the slightly raised western beds in our beautiful tatami mat room with a view to the ocean and shoji screens (rather than curtains) to manage the light! It was by far the most pleasant and perfect stay in more than 30 years of travel internationally!

El Hinode Ryokan es un alojamiento de estilo japonés con un encanto histórico y está muy bien situado a solo 2 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Iseshi y a 5 minutos a pie del templo Geku... Perfect location which only takes 1-2min to walk to train station. Quite a few restaurant selections around. The room itself is clean and comfortable. The bath in the hotel is amazing. Plus the staff are all friendly and hospitable even with language barrier. Highly recommend!

Boasting hot spring baths and a beautiful garden overlooking the ocean, Toba International Hotel Shiojitei offers luxurious accommodation in Toba. Todo. Absolutamente todo. La atención del personal es increíble. Las instalaciones y el onsen maravilloso. Y la cena y el desayuno son excelentes, servidos en un comedor privado. Es un ryokan aunque no lo anuncien como tal. Super recomendable.

El OYO Ryokan Miya Yokkaichi Suizawa se encuentra en Suizawa, a 7 km del Gran Santuario de Tsubaki, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis y estacionamiento privado gratuito.

El Shinpachiya se encuentra en Toba, a 14 km de la isla de perlas Mikimoto, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis y estacionamiento privado gratuito. El ryokan dispone de habitaciones familiares. The hotel service was amazing. The manager was particularly good to us. Very kind man. We had a relaxing and wonderful stay. I really recommend this hotel it has a beautiful ocean view and delicious breakfast.

El Ama cuenta con pileta al aire libre de temporada y baño termal. El No Shima se encuentra en Toba, a 1,2 km del acuario de Toba. El alojamiento alberga un bar. The hotel really nice and the staff is also friendly and help us a lot.
