The staff was lovely and really helpful, they made me feel at home, and explained to me the whole best route to take due to maintenance in some transportation. Onsen was great, and outdoor onsen too, with wide range of available hours to go there

Boasting rare nigori-yu milky water hot spring baths and , Mount View Hakone offers Japanese-style rooms and Japanese delicacies. Great private onsens. Really appreciated that the private onsens were open until 12:30am, 1am. Great meals.

This ryokan offers free private parking and a 24-hour front desk. 1) Excellent service from the entire staff. Laxmi was super friendly and helping us with our breakfast meal and checking us out. The lady at dinner service was also sharing with us some background about each of the sake that we tasted. 2) We loved the Villa, it was perfect from the fire place to the Spotify playlist and not to mention the open air Onsen. We really liked the wooden cabin feeling and privacy from other guests.
