Incredible service and incredible overall experience. It's like staying in a fancy cabin in the snow. The lounge area with the giant fireplace is awesome, very nice food, very spacious rooms and first class facilities such as the onsens and indoor swimming pool. The decor could be interpreted as dated (as other reviews have stated) but we felt this simply adds to the warmth and cosiness of the establishment. The service here is seriously next level and it is fantastic value for money.

Open from August 2018, featuring Mount Asama views and a single-star Michelin restaurant, Le Grand Karuizawa Hotel and Resort is located in Karuizawa. We loved the stay. The staff and the place was wonderful!

Set in Omachi, 12.2 km from Kurobe Dam, ANA Holiday Inn Resort Shinano-Omachi Kuroyon has a garden. This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. The facilities were clean and well equipped, including a pool and hot springs. I stayed with a friend's family, but the children were delighted to have the rooms next to each other and to be able to connect the doors in the room. The room was spacious and clean, and I was able to relax. Above all, the staff were kind and wonderful.

Breakfast was incredible and the amenities are top tier. I was thoroughly impressed with the resort and I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Hakuba

Situato nella località montana Kamikochi, il Kamikochi Lemeiesta Hotel offre vasche termali coperte/all'aperto e spaziose camere in stile occidentale con vista sul Monte Roppyaku. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Clean, calm and the service is exceptional. The included breakfast and dinner are wonderful, and the spa is a lovely place to relax. Lots of thoughtful touches in the hotel like stargazing equipment, a coffee machine and a little snack bar.
