Wonderful. Perfect for couples with young children to have time together. Play area inside of restaurant so you can enjoy your meal, and play area outside of restaurant. 2 indoor pools, one warm and shallow perfect for taking little ones. The lady at the front desk, Eva, was so great. Not only does she speak English perfectly but she is friendly, kind and very helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful peaceful location with spectacular views. Highly recommend!!

Complex Panorama er staðsett í Elena og státar af heilsulind og vellíðunaraðstöðu og garði. Meðal aðstöðu á gististaðnum er sameiginlegt eldhús og barnaklúbbur. As always, it is such a beautiful place to rest and recharge our bodies and minds. The view is fantastic with fresh mountain air to reinvigorate you. The pool is lovely and clean, and the spar is also excellent with steam bath, two saunas, one hot stones, and the other infrared, also a large jacuzzi. The opening time of the spar is 16:00 - 20:00. The room was clean with a great view of Elena and the surrounding mountains. The staff are friendly and the new receptionist spoke very good English and was very welcoming. Another excellent stay at the hotel, and we'll be returning in a few weeks' time for another short break.
