Fair price, food was good, staff very nice, it was okay-clean. The resort is by the beach, good to chill in a hammock during the day. It's a very quiet island to escape the busier ones.

A nice, spacious bungalow, clean and comfortable. A great terrace with a hammock, everything surrounded by a nice garden. 10 minutes walk to a beautiful beach, los of shops, restaurants (also with vegan options) around. Hot water, possibility of renting a bike or motorbike, or buying ferry tickets. A very helpful host, speaking some English.

Great staff, ready to meet any need to make our stay enjoyable. It was quiet and peaceful and the beach was beautiful. No crowds. We had the beach to ourselves. Great for older folks like us and I think it would be wonderful for families with children. The free breakfast was made to order and was always well-cooked and attractively served. Special orders to make mine diabetes friendly gave them no problem -- and they remembered my needs the entire week without my making repeated requests.

If you are going to stay on Koh Jum island, this is truly the ONLY and BEST choice, without question. Reserve early, as this wonderful place books up quickly. You will want to stay longer, no matter how long you stay here! Cha and her family, and the rest of the staff, are absolutely wonderful in every way. The bungalows are spacious and comfortable and cleaned every two days, with fresh towels and sheets. We appreciated the blackout curtains. The location is amazing - mere steps from the ocean no matter which room you are in... and each bungalow has a beautiful view. Sunsets are fabulous every evening, and the food is the best we had in 8 weeks travelling all over Thailand. Cha's massaman curry is unbeatable. The beach is perfect and uncrowded. We were fortunate enought to stay at this marvellous place for two weeks, and even though we explored the entire island on bicycles, we never ate dinner anywhere else but at Cha Cha. Why would we - when the food is delicious and the view is unbeatable!. We also chose to have a massage every second day, and the woman that works in conjunction with Cha Cha provided the best massages that we had in Thailand. Cha Cha Bungalows is unforgettable and magical. Highly recommend this resort and the fabulous family and staff that run it. We loved loved loved the location, the rooms, the food and the people here, especially Cha!
