We enjoyed our stay in the Swissotel Alatau. It is a new, modern resort hotel in a secluded region of Almaty, settled in a beautiful nature. The territory is huge and well kept. We enjoyed the walking around the park-like territory of the hotel. There is a lake with little ducks, river and many trees. We travel a lot, and I can surely say that the service is 5* in this hotel. The first impression of the hotel we get from the bellboy and the reception staff, they are professional and make you feel welcome. We would like to mention the manager Aidyn who greeted us and meet our needs. In fact, all staff are great and friendly, those little conversations and their greetings make you feel special. We would like to thank the SPA staff (the lady in the spa entrance I forgot her name was friendly and kind helped with my son’s goggles), the restaurant staff and the cleaning staff. The swimming area includes many jacuzzi that we enjoyed. Actually, the swimming area is one of the best within the country, and to mention the sauna, it is fabulous! The bed and beddings are very comfortable, the balcony has the Mountain View! The room is spotless, all new. We had a good sleep! The breakfast is buffet and has plenty of choices. We enjoyed the cold cuts and fresh bread and high quality cheese section. Coffee is good as well. The only thing that I suggest is to fix the shower system, the water comes out the shower room. And the outside gym alongside with the children’s play area would be a great addition. We will definitely come back to enjoy all that Swissotel Alatau has to offer.

Very neat and good spacious room with basic kitchen amenities. We stayed there for 3 days and it was very comfortable. Very good location , walkable distance to green bazar, cathedral and main city attractions.

A very good option: location, new building, clean and cozy. There’s a supermarket nearby, many cafes and restaurants. Also there are all the necessary utensils for cooking food. The hostess is friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this flat.

Host was waiting for us in front of the building. Location was perfect. Just few hundred Meters from arbat street. A 24/7 grocery store Yubilieny in the building. You can cook your own food. Enough utensils stove tops microwave etc. Enough sleeping options for a family of four. Bathroom is provided with towels and shower gels.A balcony where you can smoke your cigarettes looking at snow capped mountains.An ashtray is placed there.Even a garment shop down the building beside the grocery store 'Red Park' what we found the cheapest in whole Almaty. Very comfortable stay
