Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our kids loved the pools and slides. It was nice having an indoor pool when it was chilly outside. The variety of food was wonderful. The staff even arranged a full-day jeep excursion on our last day and allowed us to keep our luggage in the room and freshen up upon our return. We definitely recommend for families!

Very good location with free parking. There was a very great choice of different and excellent food. The staff are helpful and very kind. The room was spacious with a great balcony. We also get animal shape towels for our child, thanks to the room maid. :-) Nice animation program in the evening. Three of us enjoyed our stay very much, our child especially.

It's a very family-friendly hotel: our 2,5 year old loved the splash area (especially the crocodile), the playground, the kid's club and the arcade. The food buffet had a good variety and house keeping made a different towel animal every day which we were always looking forward. The hotel is big enough to have lots of activities on offer but not too big to have to walk too far everywhere. Us adults really liked the slides in the water park and the cocktails overlooking gorgeous sunsets on the terrace.
