Fahmy did great showing us around while Talal handled our booking professionally when we requested a change. Rana was always there with the kids and Halim from the housekeeping was exceptional along with everyone else. We had the Royal Villa and it was spot on. Photos undermined the beauty of the place truly. Exotic experience in GCC and a proper place to chill, relax and simply get distracted from the hassle.
