The Thatch House Hermanus is located on the banks of the Hermanus Lagoon. This boutique hotel boasts an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court. The beautiful setting. Staff were very accommodating with us and our 6 month old. Beautiful decor.

Located in Voelklip, a suburb of Hermanus, Mosselberg on Grotto Beach offers heated pool and courtyard. This elegant boutique hotel features free WiFi and is a 5-minute walk from the beach. It was a perfect stay all around. Staff was extremely professional and attentive. Our room was large and absolutely beautiful. Breakfast with sea view was the final highlight - thank you very much for everything!

We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Post House and will definitely return. They’ve got friendly and helpful staff that goes the extra mile, clean and spacious rooms, and a scrumptious breakfast daily. It is conveniently situated on the main road and is within walking distance of all shops and restaurants.

The Ocean House is run by a lovely warm couple who treat all their guests like family. The location of the guest house and the view from the balcony are incredible. The furniture and decorations are tasteful and chic. The bed is so comfortable. The breakfasts are amazing. There is a wonderful lounge upstairs to read and work out of. I hope I get another chance to visit!

Perched on top of the cliffs overlooking Hermanus’s Walker Bay, The Marine offers first-class splendour and elegance and a spectacular seascape, with imposing views extending across Western Capes... What a truly amazing place in every respect. Just book it; you will not be disappointed. Everything, and I mean everything is perfect. From the complimentary bottle of wine at check in until our sorrowful goodbye every little detail is taken care of. Of course, the staff is wonderful and will do anything for you. We had a flight delay from the States and the travel shop found us an opening on a whale excursion, so we did not have to miss our wonderful experience with the whales. Thank you Marine Hermanus.

Set between two of Hermanus's best swimming beaches, Birkenhead House offers luxury accommodation in individually decorated suites. What an incredible stay. The room was so comfortable with a spectacular view. The attention to detail is so impressive. We can’t wait to be back!

The location is second to none, incredible ocean and mountain vistas almost wherever you look, but what really made this experience something special are the staff, they are attentive, engaging and friendly. What really struck me about the staff is how much they actually care about your experience, always asking “can I help you with x” or “we can do y if that’s better for you” etc without skipping a beat!

Arniston Spa Hotel is situated on coastal cliffs, just 400 metres from Arniston Beach. It offers panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and features full spa facilities, a swimming pool and a restaurant.... Every member of staff was amazing and went to any means necessary to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Beautiful location and excellent buffet breakfast too. Would definitely come back!
