The staff were lovely and very helpful. They were more than willing to help get you where you need to go. The attached cafe serves wonderful cakes and refreshing drinks. Each guest get two complimemtary drinks and cakes. The rooftop bar opens at 430pm, and the centre piece is a replica Eiffel Tower. They serve all types of alcohol as well as drinks and cakes from the downstairs Cafe. Bonus, the whole hotel smells amazing.

It is easy to access, has good WIFI, strong showers and secure parking. The staff were friendly and despite having limited English all my needs were met. It's next to food places but you'll need a motorbike to get around as it's too far to walk into town. 5 min drive to town.

The staff was very nice and always made sure that we felt comfortable. They helped us with every question we had. The location itself and the room were lovely and we loved this little oasis. The food at the restaurant was delicious too. And what also was great: there was a SPA belonging to the rdsidence where I had the best massage I've ever had - highly recommended! The location was a little bit outside of the city center. Therefore, the neighbourhood was quiet and we git also bikes provided with which we could get easily around.

The receptionist his name is Minh Quang supporting early check-in and very friendly. I'll be back here! The price is reasonable, the central location is convenient to travel and the staff is very good.

I had the end room overlooking the water meadows, it a great view and get's a decent breeze on a hot day. It's a great place to relax. The staff are so friendly, they were lovely.
