And on the check-out day, the bus company was supposed to pick me up but they were late about 40-45 mins, the staff was actively helping me to make sure not missing pick up van and bus. Thanks for everything, especially staff name by “Cho (?) - shoulder length hair lady staff” she was so efficient and supportive through the staying.

I also appreciated the location, which was very central and only a few minutes walk to the train station. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The family and staffs here were so friendly, smiles on their face always and always greet us, asking how are we feeling and doing! It feels more than just a homestay. The room is simple but it is so well maintained and clean and comfortable. Kudos to them and hope to see them again when we back to Sapa next time!
