This was our first time visiting NYC, we were on honeymoon and the staff were very friendly and genuine. We got our room upgraded to celebrate the occasion. We will definitely come back to this hotel in future anniversaries, really enjoyed our stay.

Set in New York, 1.2 km from National September 11 Memorial & Museum, Artezen Hotel has a fitness centre and rooms with free WiFi access. Staff was very polite, friendly and helpful all the time. Hotel location is AAA, since it is in a safe area, next to Wall Street and the WTC, in the middle point of distance from Uptown and from Brooklyn. The room and the bathroom were always clean and hot water was available all the time. The room was equipped with a coffee nespresso machine with capsules, a safe box and a comfortable desk that I used to do some work with my laptop. Price was very convenient considering average prices of the city. I'll definitely choose again Artezen Hotel in a future visit to NY.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean with amenities that we appreciated, generally we also felt very safe. With all the terrible reviews of other hotels in NYC, we were really glad to have stayed here as it was exactly what was described.
