Clearly a complete remodel of an existing building. Note: basic in-room coffee, (no tea), yes fridge. About 1 block to new Fire Island Bakery toward downtown & block to Credit Union bank, each. Convention center just blocks away. Extensive Park greenspace 1 building away across a street.

The place is modest but it is clean and has all the necessary amenities, like a microwave or a fridge. A grocery store (not impressive) is 0.5 miles away. The shower is great.
