Ideally located in the centre of Anchorage, Highliner Hotel- King Suite #111 Hotel Room offers free WiFi throughout the property and free private parking for guests who drive. The ease of the check-in and out - all online, all run by passcodes. The room was also lovely, if a lot more room than we needed. That was our fault for booking late in the trip - we only needed the same room as we had the week before (double bed, nice TV, nice bathroom, desk, fridge, microwave) but we had to make do with a double King room - so massive. Still all the same great amenities and a fancy swively TV, but a lot more room than we needed for one night. And thus, also more expensive than we'd hoped for. But still, a lovely hotel in a convenient location.

Whoever did the interior work on this building paid great attention to detail. It was comfortable, good colors, fantastic workmanship.

Boasting a shared lounge and a bar, Aloft Anchorage is situated in Anchorage, 2.8 km from Sullivan Arena and 3.9 km from Dena ina Civic Convention Center. When I showed up I was pleasantly surprised, and then super surprised when I was the guest of honor randomly picked. My grandson was ecstatic. They upgraded our room, and the pool was an absolute blast cleanest place I’ve ever been as far as hotel, and the people were very very kind.

The lodge is a simple motel, hidden in the forest, away from the highway running through Healy. It is located ten minutes from the Denali National Park and super close to an awesome brewery, the 49th State Brewery - the locals’ meeting point, restaurant, bar, quite great (try the halibut and the salmon). The place is modest but it is clean and has all the necessary amenities, like a microwave or a fridge. A grocery store (not impressive) is 0.5 miles away. The shower is great.
