I recommend if You want something different as usual hotel, if you want designer touch, if You want great attitude, if You want great breakfast. You get nice wine as welcome drink, in the room you have beer as welcome drink. Location (9.5/10) as it is just 1 tram stop from old city. Breakfast tasty and variety with super tasty coffee, even espresso and latte. Breakfast/bar room is nice decorated and with historical information and decorations. Hotel looks new and fresh. Room is well designed and You can even get inspired how to organize and decorate your own apartment. Everything is new, fresh, modern and designed. It's hard to understand why hotel have just 3 stars because emotions and feelings what you get is far over 5 stars! Sometimes hotel is just a place where to stay during travelling but !FEST is where You get positive emotions and inspiration for traveling!

I chose the place according its closeness to top.horseriding. So I rode horses everyday there and enjoyed easiness on staying in a hotel which has an excellent restaurant working 8am until 11pm. Wifi was excellent and I even lost the touch of the reality outside the hotel itself, where nearby area was without electricity most of the days due to Russian missile attack.
