Great location, attentive and helpful staff, spacious room with great views, spotless clean. High quality amenities were provided. We arrived with a rental car, parking was easy and secure in hotel's own garage. Convenience stores, restaurants and fully-fledged shopping malls within short walking distance. Hotel's own bakery looked delicious, wanted to try, but we ran out of time. In sum, everything was great, highly recommend and would definitely want to come again.

The staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to accommodate my dietary requirements and adjusted the menu accordingly. Concierge and front of house people were an excellent resource in helping me find my way around. It was really helpful that everyone spoke English as I did not speak Chinese. Nothing was a problem and they went about looking after me in a calm and efficient manner. rooms were spacious and bathroom luxurious. It was comfort plus plus. I had the swimming pool all to myself. It was refreshing and just what I needed after the heat of the day!

Kaohsiung es un lugar realmente precioso para viajar.
Kaohsiung es un lugar realmente precioso para viajar. Lo más recomendable es ir a fo guang Shan, un templo budista a una hora de trayecto en autobús. Creí que estaría lejos pero su visita fue increible. Mereció la pena. El Lotus Pond, donde están las pagodas del tigre y dragón también es muy recomendable. Se nota que es mucho más turístico pero también es un sitio precioso. Si es posible ¡mejor ir en bicicleta! Eso si, cuando yo estuve en la playa de Qijin, daba un poco de pena. Estaba bastante mal cuidada y habia basura por todos lados. Sin embargo, el fuerte y las vistas a la ciudad desde él, merece la pena acercarse.

Location was near to airport since I was self drive in Taiwan. It was close to many attractions here, including the night market . Staffs were excellent, maybe is the Taiwan service culture. They even help us to locate the best local food here .

Staff were very friendly and patient with my level of Mandarin. The room was huge even for two people and was extremely clean. Location is excellent, only across the road from the station. The buffet breakfast were delicious and quite a large variety available. A designated area to relax on the ground floor with coffee, ice cream and small selection of snacks.

The rooms were big, the beds were comfortable, the staff was nice, it was in a great location, and everything was clean. In the lobby, there was also a 7-11, so if you wanted a snack, it was easy to get it at whatever time as you didn't need to go outside. There was always security in the building, so it felt extremely safe. Overall, it was a great hotel!
