Great resort for both families and alone when traveling. Staying for the second time, the restaurant and Singha draft are amazing, delicious and enjoyable.

Even the security guard treated me very kindly & was very helpful. They have been outstanding! I stayed for over a month & I am very pleased with my stay. The rooms are spotless! They are thoroughly cleaned every day! The bed is extremely comfortable (I stayed in the room with the King size bed. Shower is nice & hot! No hot water at the sink, but also not too cold so I didn't mind. Water (2) is included as well as coffee and an electric hot water 'kettle'. Great lighting in the room. Balcony provides a lovely view of Myanmar mountains & more.

The bed was super comfortable (memory foam). The bathroom had a good shower and very good quality fluffy towels. There was a kettle and cups (no tea or coffee - there is a cafe downstairs). The cafe serves excellent coffee and cakes/pastries - there is a discount for residents. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance and a mini C convenience store about 250 metres away.

El Baan Kiang Chan Resort se encuentra en Mae Sot y ofrece alojamiento con jardín y zona de parrilla. Great value for the price. The room was very clean and comfortable - spacious with a comfy bed, hot water shower, good A/C and a refrigerator. The location is good for its privacy (at the end of a small soi), and it's nice and quiet. It's near enough to restaurants and shops but is a few minutes away from the central area where markets and offices are located. They provided a bicycle which was very helpful, it's a two-minute ride to 7-11 and about a 5-10 minute ride to the downtown area. Breakfast was good; usually fried eggs, toast, various meats (I'm vegetarian but had plenty to eat) and either fried rice or congee, with juice and instant coffee.
