Loved the small setting and that I just had to ask and they brought food from across the street. Marlena was excellent. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked great, the pool was great for a quick dip, and it was close to the port where I was working.

This is an amazing hostel! Super clean and the kitchen was very well kept. It's a little down the road from the main town but honestly, if you can snag a spot here, I would. Just make sure to do it in advance because the spots fill up fast. I had a private room and it was very spacious with a nice balcony. I only stayed one night because I had to head back to the capital but I wish I stayed longer to see the other towns in the rutas de floras. The hostel also has a motobike shop associated with it but unfortunately, when I was there, the lady that managed them was out of town.
