Cozy and charming historic room. Location is perfect - directly across the main sights in the city center. New bathroom. Good breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

The location, the view, and the atmosphere were just the job for a snug holiday. The snow-capped Tatras and the greenery of Slovak Paradise National Park created an ideal background to our morning coffee or an end-of-the-day glass of dry red. The staff were great - they got out of their way to make our stay better- Thank you for the delicious garlic soup served to us in the front garden. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and rich enough to keep you hiking for a few hours in the National Park.

It was our third stay in Hotel Metropol and it is always a pleasure. Rooms are spacious, Spa centre is really nice, breakfast is good and various. Hotel Čingov Slovenský raj is located at the entrance to the famous Slovak Paradise National Park, 6 km from Spišská Nová Ves and the High Tatras National Park. good place, quite good food, nice wellness zone.
