This is a very classic hotel in a beautiful location. Our room on the second floor overlooked the valley, which was a lovely view. While I didn’t feel the need to pay a premium for a room overlooking the lake, it was nice to be on at least the second floor as we could open our windows and curtains wide to enjoy the fresh mountain air without any sacrifice of privacy. Excellent breakfast. The welcome glass of sparking wine on our arrival after a long drive was much appreciated.

This elegant first-class hotel in Stará Lesná combines a high level of comfort with a beautiful location in the mountains of the High Tatras. We really loved our stay at Hotel Hills. The wellness area (especially the outdoor hot tub) was magnificent, especially after a long hike in the mountains. Both dinner and breakfast were great. The room was new and clean, the bed was super comfortable. I have nothing bad to say - one of my favourite hotels ever. Will hopefully be visiting again!

First of all, the looks of it. Also it was center of the little village and very close to the train station.

Set in Poprad, only a 10-minute drive from the High Tatras, Hotel SATEL offers rooms and apartments. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The hotel was super clean and nice. The beds were comfy. The receptionist was very eager to help us. We enjoyed the bathroom as well, it was superior. When we turned off the lights in the bathrooms, they switched into night lights, which came handy. In the room every information was given on pre-printed booklets. The windows were old, but it was communicated on a sticker that it will be replaced in the near future.
