Located in the pedestrian area of the historic centre of Kranj, the 4-star Hotel Actum is a small boutique hotel decorated in a romantic neo-Baroque style. The location in the old town is fantastic, the room was beautifully furnished and decorated, and very large, the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was delicious with loads of choice.

Super dog friendly, my dogs loved the walking areas around it, the lake walk, you can rent a SUP at the bar and go for an evening swim in the lake. Breakfast is nice, very basic but good quality of food and coffee. Parking is next to hotel and very silent area after 22.00, so if you need a rest after a long day of driving- that’s the best place to stop.
