The hotel is in a beautiful spot along the river and walking distance to the center. The room was nice size with a comfortable bed and luggage racks which was really nice. The host, Hakan, was very helpful with suggestions of sites to see in the area. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

This is a really nice little cosy hotel. Very clean, comfortable bed, silent and nicely decorated. Staff was very helpful and helped us find a better parking at lower cost. Breakfast was well stocked and good variation. Very positive experience.

Overlooking Lake Siljan, this hotel is 1 km from Rättvik Train Station and the Storgatan shopping street. WiFi and parking are free. Access to a gym, hot tub and sauna is also free. The hotel overall was clean and cozy. Breakfast is really good and with rich sortiment (the scrambled eggs were especially delicious :-) ). The Easter lunch was really great with plenty of dishes one could choose from. The spa zone with jacuzzi and sauna is renowated since the last time we have been there and now it is new, clean and nice. The bed with its pillows was especially comfy. There is a TV in the room with several channels. But interestingly, we did not found a telephone (though we did not need it). The bathroom and shower were good, with plenty of different bottles for bathroom (shampoo, soap and others) :-) There are two free parking areas near the hotel. There is also not bad gym here. The reception lady was really nice and helpful. Due to her care we had fresh drinking water, candle lights and relaxing music in the spa area. Stayed at Easter (April) 2023

Falun er frábær bær og æðislegur staður enda bjó ég þar í...
Falun er frábær bær og æðislegur staður enda bjó ég þar í eitt ár. Ég mæli með að borða á Pitcher's í miðbænum og skoða Dalarnas museum og Falu gruva. Annars eru margir góðir veitingastaðir og pizzu/kebabstaðir. Það er ekkert mál að labba í Falun og bara gaman. Það er dálítið af búðum og m.a. H&M en svo er ekkert mál að skreppa með strætó til Borlänge og kíkja í Kupolen sem er verslunarmiðstöð með fleiri og stærri búðum.
