The staff were fantastic from start to finish. Wissam was very helpful and nothing was too much to ask, he even came to find me during breakfast to personally greet me during my stay! The transport was arranged from the airport to the hotel, the driver was waiting for us in terminal. My ironing was delivered back to the room within a few hours, the breakfast staff knew exactly which coffee and juice I would like and the whole team was incredibly friendly and helpful! All in all a great stay, great location and we will definitely be back! I will recommend this hotel to everybody as it was a great experience.
