The boutique 4-star Hotel do Canal is situated in Horta on Faial Island. It is just 100 metres from the beach and offers panoramic views of Pico Mountain and the bay. Dobra lokacija, parkirno mesto, čiste sobe, prijazno osebje.

Set in a 16th century fortress overlooking Horta Bay and Pico island, this Pousada hotel features a swimming pool and regional restaurant. Most of the air-conditioned rooms have views of the marina. The balcony and the few from the hotel room was amazing. You see the sea, the sailing boats and the mountain Pico on vis a vis island, where behind the mountain the sun raises every morning. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast has a big selection. Location perfect vis a vis Supermarket, Restaurant and direct at the harbour, where the whale watching and other tours can be booked and start.

Nastanitev Hotel São Francisco se nahaja v mestu Horta, 14 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Praia da Conceição, in ponuja skupni prostor za druženje, teraso ter pogled na morje. Our room was on the ground floor, with a veranda and a superb view of the yacht mole and Pico. The area is quiet and safe. The room was serviced every day and fresh towels provided. Breakfast was good - fresh fruit and juice, cornflakes, yoghourt, ham, cheese, hard boiled eggs and fresh rolls, a griller to toast your cheese and ham roll. There were tea infusions and many ways of making an excellent cup of coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful..

The location is very good with respect to all Govt. Offices, Local Transport, Taxies, Rent A Car, fuel Station, Sea Transport, Bicycle Stands, ATM Machines, Supper Markets, All kind of Shops for Shopping, Cafeterias, Restaurants, Parks, Beach, & Tourists Attractions. All these things are under the radius of 100 to 200 Meters or Maximum 300 Meters. The airport is 10 KM Away which is not much Far. It's Cool & Calm Area with Cool & Calm Accommodation with all necessary facilities. I simply recommend you due to its reasonable prices against all above mentioned. I will preferably book it again & again whenever I go to Horta.

We appreciated the warm welcome and easy check in, with keyless building and room access. The rooms look out over the harbor, and the hotel could not be in a nicer spot. Free parking was plentiful, and there is a lot behind the hotel as well. Nereida is perfect for self catering. You have a kitchenette in the room, plus a fully equipped kitchen in the common room. So you can cook a bigger meal in there if you want. It is also close to several good restaurants and a market. We would recommend it to anyone for sure.

We came to the Azores for our honeymoon and looked for a special place to stay. Alice's place was a great choice and exceeded our expectations. Firstly, the property is located in a beautiful location overlooking Mt. Pico and the view is spectacular. There is a small porch that overlooks the mountain and its a great spot to start the day with a cup of coffe and finish it under the stars with a hot cup of tea. The room was very clean, comfterable and the place had everything we needed (small kitchenette, wifi and laundry (that was amazing)). Moreover, Alice is a very kind and unique person and we are very glad we had the chance to meet her. We are extremely thankful to Alice for making our stay so comfortable and special - thank you for everything! We highly recommend this place :)
