Trogon's Perch

Located in San Isidro, 100 metres from Pacifico Beach, Trogon's Perch provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a terrace. One of the best places I've ever stayed at. Ever. There were some little things in the room you would consider a con (weak shower pressure, little moths in the bathroon etc.). But these are small stuff I can overlook considering how spacious the room is and the view you get. The standout for my stay however is the customer service of the staff. A special shoutout to Cris and Jessica for going above and beyond in making sure my needs were met. Every morning the staff asks you how your stay is and what your plans for the day are so that they can organize things for you. As a paying guest, I'm happy they have a 500 pesos consumable charge for outsiders as this prevented the restaurant from being too overcrowded (the reason I avoided General Luna in the first place). So if you want to be cheap, go stay at General Luna with the swarms of other backpackers. To me it was worth paying extra if it meant I got some peace and quiet time. I will definitely be back!

Boasting a garden, restaurant, bar and free WiFi, Agoho Resort is situated in Mambajao, a few steps from Agoho Beach and 231 meters to the White Island Beach. Staff eccezionale, ci hanno aiutato in tutto e sono stati sempre disponibili. Camera grandi e pulite, con frigorifero e cucina, la nostra aveva una veranda von dondolo e divano e vista mare. Giardino bellissimo con tanti fiori. Abbiamo affittato uno scooter direttamente in hotel, location perfetta a poca distanza da tutto. Bellissimo tramonto nella spiaggia di fronte l’hotel.

They also have a restaurant all day with delicious food. You must try out the noodle soup or their special dishes. All the team is super nice and helpful. Dave and Rose was very helpful and the staff was very welcoming! I recommend all travelers to stay here if you are planning something chill. The food is tremendous with many different options, all of which are very tasty, specially the Filipino Breakfast N#2 (2 eggs and cornbeef with garlic rice) :) I will miss Thor, Bella, above all this place.
