The location of Libelula is fantastic, really close to the plaza. The staff are brilliant, very accommodating. I always stay here when I'm in Puerto Maldonado now as its very reasonably priced and offers everything that I need - it's clean, convenient and comfortable.

The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Went out of there way to help me, including accommodating my vegan diet for breakfast (even though I didn't ask, they asked me) and walked with me to show me an money exchange place with great rates. The grounds are well kept with lots of plants. The room was clean, beds soft, hot showers, and the AC worked well. There is a microwave to heat food down stairs. Is a short 5 to 7 minute walk from the city center. I plan to stay here again and would recommend it!

Highly recommend to travelers who want to spend a night to Puerto Maldonado and continue the next day for a two or three nights tour to Amazon jungle. For the difficult circumstances of the life in Puerto Maldonado was perfect! Thank you Tambopata Inn!
