The staff are really friendly and helpful and are always available by WhatsApp. Perfect location too in the Imago mall where there are tons of nice restaurants and lots of shops. Quiet and peaceful once inside. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Kota Kinabalu and this is by far the best!

Excelente relación calidad/precio. En el resto de Sabah los hoteles son mucho más caros que en la capital. Me alojé en varios hoteles y éste no estuvo mal, todo está muy nuevo y eso se agradece. El desayuno es muy completo y siempre podías beber agua, café o te cuando pasabas por la recepción.

We were very happy about the fact that we had a beach. The usage of the other hotels within this resort was allowed - that was amazing! Great gym and the rooms were pretty big. Excellent!

They are on point on the oriental vibes. My room was kind of have the rustic feeling in it but comfortable nonetheless. Buffet breakfast is great, many choices of food.

Wonderful stay! We had the private pool villa - villa was cleaned and equipped with all basic amenities for a good stay. Staff we very friendly and speedy response via WhatsApp for any needs. BBQ also available for rent which was good as well as on site café meals. Beachfront property, additional with 2 on site pools also great facilities just to walk around the property. the location was superbb!! view is amazing..u wont get this anywhere else..can see the kinabalu mountain very clearrr simply by walking out to the balcony but make sure come out early in the morning.around 9 something the fog already covering half of the mountain..

The room and surrounding are superb! Mr Lee is super nice and help us with luggage. He waited for us to arrive to show us the place. The garden is well taken care , my family and I enjoyed the place a lot with the magnificent view of mt kinabalu. The room come with heated floor- this is a very thoughtful design of the room/chalet.

Really spacious for the 5 of us. Stunning sea views and lovely large windows so we could enjoy the scenery. Air con and fans worked well and clothes could be dried on large rack with many hangers provided. Host very helpful and answered our questions promptly. Parking space allocated which was helpful since parking not easy there otherwise. Carpark a little confusing with lack of signs at places. One private pool available for use (one day closed for cleaning/week) and another public pool also. Amazing green area/ponds for koi, play area on the roof top area. Great location, would recommend.
