Hotellin vastaanotossa työskentelevä Chris-niminen vastaanottovirkailija on huippu ammattilainen. Hän näki paljon vaivaa ravintolaehdotuksien ja tapahtumien kertomisesta meille. Arvostamme suuren hotelliketjun näin henkilökohtaista palvelua suuresti. Aamiaisbuffet oli erittäin monipuolinen, pääpaino aasialaisessa tarjonnassa, joka oli kiinnostava. Myös aamiaissalissa palvelu oli kaikin puolin ripeää ja erittäin ystävällistä. Henkilökuntaa oli runsaasti. Huone (3015) on tilava, siisti. Suuret ikkunat, joista näkymät kaupunkiin. Vesipullot oli tarjolla. Jääkaappi ja toimiva safe box plussaa. Kiinalaisesta uudesta vuodesta huolimatta yöt olivat hiljaisia ja rauhallista lukuunottamatta puolen yön aikaan asiaan kuuluvia ilotulituksia. Ripeä check in ja check out.
