Well situated in the centre of Zacatecas, Hotel Casa Faroles Centro Histórico offers free WiFi throughout the property, a terrace and free private parking for guests who drive. Location was key for us to be in the Historical District. Within a 10 minute walk, you are within 5 museum's and churches/cathedrals. The area is authentic and every single person was so nice and helpful.

First built by the Romans, borrowed by the Moors. Stolen by the Spanish and brought to Mexico. From the terrace to the small water fall( not a fountain) The rooms are huge with there inward facing balconies. Spotlessly clean. When you combine the design with the fact there is an aqueduct 500 metres away. Personally I find it a very special place to stay.
