We had a lovely time and John and Ruben were extremely nice and helpful with all our enquiries, and telling us about the history of the cenote. Maybe it was due to the less crowded time of year, but the entire atmosphere was extremely quiet and relaxing and it felt like almost we had the entire place all booked for ourselves. The food and natural juices were delicious too! Would love to come again!

Separate special thanks to Leo, who is a master-waiter, and to everyone at the reception desk - we really enjoyed our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend the Milam to anyone visiting Tulum.
