The room was spacious -excellent sized bathroom and shower, with a shower head to die for. Instant hot water-a rather unique feature for most hotels. The staff were friendly and most helpful. Minutes after departing for our next stop, I received a call from person on duty informing us that we had left one of our bags -we returned and claimed-person was waiting outside with bag-have to understand that street was busy and without parking readily available.

· I guess this is the „must book“ hotel when in Guanajuato. It was in the center of the city with a beautiful view and it just gave me „main character vibes“. ;) First of alle very friendly staff, we were able to park at the hotel and they helped us with our luggage. The room was pretty spacious for a „in the center hotel“ and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t eat here so I can’t say anything about the food.

The pool was great. Clean, warm, with nice lounge chairs and palapa tables around. The room was nice although the bath fixtures were from the 70's. The restaurant by the pool was fine. They'd bring drinks and meals right to our table by the pool.
