It was with mild intrepidation we took the route from the north (which can be a little narrow and bumpy at parts), though we comfortably managed in a 7 seater suv. What welcomed us was a welcoming family and charming fishing village tucked away in the Yucatan peninsula. We saw the true passion that Sergio and Rossana gave to maintaining the crocodile population in and around the region. We were so happy to spend a couple of days here and try the lovely fish and empanadas that they have to offer. Thank you both for such a lovely welcome! 🙏🏼 PS. The route to the village has plenty of flamingos and other birds to see, keep an eye out when you're on the sing-lane road with water and hedges on both sides.

The staff is very friendly (from the staff at the reception to the bellboy and the guy at the parking). The room is very roomy :), clean and pretty much soundproof (you could not hear the traffic or the other guests). The hotel has parking, and I read in some other reviews that it was hard to drive in, but to be honest, it was not, I am not a great driver, but if you have some complications driving into your spot, there is a guy that can help you, so no problems there.

L'hotel està ubicat en una antiga casa colonial. L'habitació era molt gran i força còmode. És molt d'agrair el servei de pàrking gratuït al costat de l'hotel que ens va permetre entrar i sortir amb el cotxe totes les vegades que ens va caldre. De totes maneres per anar al centre s'hi pot anar caminant en cinc minuts. Molt a prop hi ha restaurants molt recomanables. No vam arribar a provar la piscina ni l'esmorzar.

La ubicació per fer un passeig pel centre és genial. L'entrada de l'hotel és majestuosa. Com altres viatgers comentaven ens van ubicar a l'altre hotel: hotel plaza Campeche. La piscina petita però adequada i tranquil·la.

The birds and the pool are great. The view is awesome. There is a mini bar in the room to store drinks cold. For us it was a hotel on our route from Palenque to Valladolid so we only stayed one night. But everything was perfectly fine.

Perfect location right off the main square so you can walk to everything - restaurants, museums, etc. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Nice showers with good pressure and hot water. The pool was larger than it looked in photos although we didn’t have much time for swimming. Staff was great and even moved one of their cars so we could get parking close by. I had read lots of great reviews but wasn’t sure how kid friendly the property would be and the kids loved it.

Large room with a good bed and a nice balcony with Stella Maris/Gulf view as well as the Church, city square. Great location. Very good bath, large shower. The staff here is great.

The location isn't really close to the main attractions, but is about half way between the central mercado and beach area. Photos look exactly like the hotel and rooms. Nice pool area with palapa with tables and chairs.
