Pinakikinabangan ng Parus Boutique Hotel ang tahimik na lokasyon sa spa town ng Jurmala, malapit sa pangunahing pedestrianized street at 100 metro lang mula sa beach. Nag-aalok ito ng libreng WiFi. Location is perfect. This hotel looks like a villa, and very cozy inside.
