The people working at the hotel were the most accommodating I have ever experienced. There was nothing that, if within their possibilities, they wouldn't do for us. Moreover, the room was spacious and the hotel was very well located in the beach town. Breakfast was great (not awesome) but, again, the people working during breakfast made the experience very pleasant. AC works on point!

The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. This was our favorite hotel in Lebanon. We asked the hotel for a driver. Mr. Jalal was exceptional, we definitely recommend his services. Great driver and a very friendly man. We felt safe at all times and the car was very comfortable with AC.

I loved everything about Lancaster hotel The staff were all amazing Maha from reception and Hussain from reception and Yousif they did an amazing job , always helpful and supportive. I forgot my watch when I checked out and on my way to the airport they called me to take it back and the driver from hotel took us back to take it while being so friendly, this hotel has the best staff ever they made our stay so amazing, definitely coming back
