The staff is very pleasant and responsive. Tanzilya at the reception told us thouroughly about all the details of the stay. We were provided with additional water in our room free of charge, and also they took our things for storage while we went to Bozjyra. I really liked the hotel and staff and consider it for next visits to Aktau.

Very clean. Friendly staff able to communicate with Google translate. Allowed me a late check out to get my train. Very good laundry service at a great price. Breakfast not included but cheap price.

Very nice staff, girls at reception Asel and Gulnaz were helpful and also super nice!!! Explained me everything I needed and helped me with my bar order😀 Room was clean and good looking, the sea view was quite spectacular! Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food to choose from, restaurant employees were very friendly! Can’t wait to come back in summer
